4a manufacturing GmbH is the leading manufacturer of micro sandwich materials for lightweight and acoustic applications. For over ten years, our innovative, high-quality micro sandwich materials have already been in use in loudspeakers of mobile phones, tablets and laptops. 4a manufacturing’s core competence lies in the production of high quality thin foam sheets – the same know-how that made us the technology leader in the areas “thin foams” and “micro sandwiches”. Our experience in the fields of lightweight construction, composites and sandwich materials enable our development team to design innovative tailored solutions to serve individual customer needs. We strive to extend our lead in the areas of thin foams and micro sandwich materials through ongoing development of our products and processes according to the needs of our clients.

4a manufactures various composite materials and polymers. We offer the implementation of special manufacturing processes for plastics, metals, fibers and various combinations of these materials. Based on that we design special application oriented solutions for our customers.
